Ernesto responded to my request for service quickly, arrived on time, fixed the toilet , left the worksite clean, educated me on the root cause of the problem, and what I would need to do in the future to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Ernesto is very honest and intelligent. In my case, there were a couple questions that he didn't know the answers to immediately (warranty replacement for a part, wiring for a system he hasn't worked with much), but he worked through the issues logically and completed my repair. Pricing is determined by the type of service required, The total price includes the following: - Cost of the new system and parts/materials needed for the job - Labor ( the time it takes to remove and install the new system We also provide repair service and maintenance. Contact us for your annual (Spring and Fall) maintenance needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Salvation Home Service provides a hassle free service for our current and new customers. One of our team members will set up an initial home visit to determine exactly what needs to be done. From there, we will discuss the process and come up with the best price according to the potential customer's budget, brands or preferences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on, field training experience, along with the education required to gain certification as an HVAC Mechanic EPA certification # (P62D47F224969FF51) Licensed as Master Mechanic RM920416 Licensed as MGFC 2710076380 I am also a trained certified dealer with the following companies: American Standard Mitsubishi Rheem Bradford White Rinnai Noritz Navien Unico
