- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company provides a flat rate for all services. We do have a service fee of $49.00 that is waived if service is performed. We believe that our services reflect fair and honest pricing. Once we have discussed the work with you, we will provide a price before beginning any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide all customers with a lead time of their appointment and a review of the cost of the service before performing any work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers range from homeowners that we meet in person to some in which we have a virtual relationship with. We handle plumbing needs for properties in which the homeowner is not in state or abroad as well. We also have extensive experience with condo associations.
