Mikel has been my plumber for about four years and he’s been amazing with everything we’ve thrown at him. From big things like a new water heater and dishwasher to medium-sized things like new vanities and toilets, to smaller things like leaks he is incredibly responsive, reasonable, and most importantly thorough. Not only do I not even think about calling anyone else, but I don’t even ask him his price anymore. That’s trust and you can’t put a dollar price on that.

He saved me tremendous amount of headache and $$$. Came in and fixed my laundry area. Previous plumbers did a hack job. Santos came in and fixed everything better than I could imagine. Passed inspection.
He also changed out my wax rings on my 2 toilets. Which was great since both were cracked and had odors.
Santos is professional, pleasant, and fair. Metropolitan is my plumbing company for life!

Metropolitan Repairs has become my go to company for all things plumbing. We have had assistance with winterizing our faucets, had a new water heater installed, as well as new bathroom faucets put in. Each job was done with precision and professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company provides a flat rate for all services. We do have a service fee of $49.00 that is waived if service is performed.
We believe that our services reflect fair and honest pricing. Once we have discussed the work with you, we will provide a price before beginning any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide all customers with a lead time of their appointment and a review of the cost of the service before performing any work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customers range from homeowners that we meet in person to some in which we have a virtual relationship with. We handle plumbing needs for properties in which the homeowner is not in state or abroad as well. We also have extensive experience with condo associations.
