Due to the nature of appliance issues, we cannot provide estimates over the phone. Our technicians need to diagnose the problem in person. A $60 diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. If you choose PG Appliance Repair for future repairs, this $60 fee will be credited towards your labor cost. Our labor costs range from $130 to $300, not including parts. We don’t offer guarantees on parts, as we don’t manufacture them. We also don’t work with warranty companies. Cancellation Policy We value our technicians’ time and effort. We’ll confirm your appointment approximately 3 hours before your scheduled time. Same-day cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment will incur a $60 service call fee to compensate our technicians.
