I had a wonderful experience and would definitely hire them again. Tymiko was my sales rep. She did an awesome job. She was punctual and took the time to explain the process before she got started. I had 3 bedrooms, a hall and basement cleaned. I was happy with the finished job and would recommend this company to others.

Chris did an excellent job! He was on time, professional, and listened to my concerns pertaining to the problem areas. Chris went out of his way to explain the cleaning method and made sure the high traffic areas were completely clean. All that and was in and out of my 2 bedroom condo within an hour.

The technician did an excellent with stubborn pet stains. I wish I’d done this long ago. She was very calm, which I appreciated since I and my cats had to remain in my apartment while she worked. She said the chemicals used were non-toxic for pets, which I was glad to learn. I would definitely use this service again and hope I get the same technician.

I had 3 rooms done. I've been in my apartment for 3 years. A light stain here or there. But mainly i had high traffic area dirt. After one cleaning it looked like the day i moved in!. Love that it wasn't soaking wet like steam cleaning can do. My technician explained everything up front and instructed me on what i needed to do afterwards. TaMiko was super friendly and fast! I've recommended her to do of my neighbors.

Our process is pretty simple.

2. After inspection and recommendations, if any, you will then authorize our technicians to complete the cleaning .
3. Technician will walk you through after cleaning has been completed pointing out any areas that did not respond to the cleaning as well as any other final results.
4. Make payment via credit/debit card.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified through Oxi Fresh University and obtaining the IICRC - CCT Certification with many also obtaining Certifications in specialty Upholstery and Odor elimination.
