They were very competent, and diagnosed my problem quickly. They were able to get my laptop functioning immediately, ordered the necessary part, and fixed it in 2 days. I did not have to leave it there at all. The price was reasonable.

We used AZ Tech to help transition our small business IT to a self managed solution. The team was very flexible in offering the services we needed. Planning and communication with the team was very good before the transition day so we were prepared for the IT transition. We have been partnered with AZ tech for over a year, and their responsiveness is unmatched. In the past, IT issues would sideline our team for hours; now, their team support typically resolves our tickets within minutes. Their proactive monitoring has caught several server issues before we even realized there was a problem. We have a Dell 660 S mini tower that is close to 20 years old. We used if for music, internet streaming, picture storage and auto slide show display on a big screen when not in use. It basically was on most of the day. We were faced with buying a new computer due to performance. It did not qualify for Windows 10 and would not update Windows 8. The number one problem was the Dell 660 S mini tower fit perfectly into our entertainment cabinet and I was not keen on getting a new piece of furniture. So I called AZ Tech Services to see if they could install in my current mini tower all the upgrades needed to make it like a new machine. I needed a new hard drive, upgraded ram, new graphics card and bluetooth adapter with antenna. Not only did they do the work in a week they did a perfect transfer of data and applications. When I plugged in the "new computer" everything was in the right place and it was lightning fast. And it was a fraction of the cost if I had purchased a brand new computer from Best Buys and would not have fit on our entertainment cabinet. Great work AZ Tech. John

I've used AZ Tech Services twice and they continue to be my go to company. Ali's company completed setup and of security system cameras and also installed a router. Both times, the company was transparent with their activity and explained along the way, talked to me when decisions needed to be made, and have me options. Further, maintenance guidelines were discussed. I'll use them again.
