Hammad got my daughter's laptop back up and running so she could finish college exams. Saved me hundreds of dollars when I did not have tovbuy a new laptop. Did not try to force unnecessary repairs. I am very pleased.

We had been on phone for hours with our internet provider and finally they suggested they had to send a technician out. We were hesitant to get someone at our home due to current issues going on around the world with corona virus. I reach out to hammad by finding him on thumbtack and he responded very quickly. He was able to figure out the issue my internet provider failed to do so over the phone and wanted me to pay them to come out. The issue was with modem. He suggested we go grab a new locally. He even called few stores to makesure they were open and if they had the item in stock. I was able to get the new modem and all issues are solved now.

One of my friend recommended to get computer related issues fixed from Bolt IT services. I had an issue with my laptop slowing down. I have a lot of data which i didn't want to loose. I reached out to Bolt IT services and had initial conversation with Hammad. He is very knowledgeable and professional and he suggested the best solution and even recommended the best products to buy which resolved my issue of keeping the data. Now my laptop runs very fast, he also provided some tips to keep the laptop running fast. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided by Bolt IT Service with reasonable price and highly recommend it.

My role has been primarily focused on operational processes. I work with financial firms to provide operations consulting. I have experienced hundreds of client engagements over the last 15 years. During my work with one of my clients, I had a need to hire a compliance expert that is familiar with PCI DSS and other financial regulation related to Information Security with current industry standards. I was introduced to Hammad Siddiqi through a mutual friend and I had the opportunity to be engaged with Hammad on a regular basis during our project. Hammad was able to help me put in business processes needed for my client. I wanted to specifically commend Hammad for his professionalism, ability to handle challenges, and enthusiasm. I have worked with many consultants in my careers and I rarely come across someone like Hammad and for that reason wanted to go out of my way to provide some feedback. Hammad and Bolt IT Services will be getting more projects from me very soon.
