I poured water on my laptop which contained important media, such as my wedding pictures. TikTech was able to look at my computer the same day I dropped it off -- informing me that they were able to save the hard drive and sourced a new motherboard which would arrive in two days. Their price was more than reasonable. More importantly, I appreciate them keeping me updated along the way, since my laptop contained such invaluable content.

I found out about TikTech last Thursday, as I couldn't wait for IT support to resolve my laptop's display problem. I dropped it off Thursday evening and 48 hours later, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Very courteous and professional. Definitely you should consider TikTech for any/all computer issues.
