Wow! Just wow! This guy was so patient and knowledgeable helping two senior ladies in great distress. Not only did he unlock the computer with lots of obstacles like our lost passwords, inaccessible devices, long distance, and ditsy old ladies, but he did it with such patience and grace that we didn't even stress as he (virtually) held our hands.
