I recently had the pleasure of working with LS Corp on an update and remodel project to prepare my elderly fathers 30 year old home to go on the market. I was overseeing this project out of state, which I was initially hesitant to do, however I was kept well informed throughout the project with regular calls, texts, and photos. Mehdi and his team were very trustworthy, dependable, and finished the job within the proposed timeframe.From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to ensuring the work was to our satisfaction. We were extremely pleased that the final outcome was more than what we expected or envisioned. The home looks amazingupdated kitchen, bathrooms, no more popcorn ceilings, the list goes on. They even went the extra mile with deep cleaning the house and pressure washing the exterior. Everything was completed to a point where only the for sale sign was needed in the front yard. This made my life easier!Mehdis real estate background was also beneficial in offering thoughtful and economical recommendations for essential updates and creative solutions to maximize space and improve functionality, which made a noticeable difference in the overall outcome. They truly went above and beyond expectations and the home is now better than brand new. Im happy, my fathers happy, and the realtor is too! Mehdi was helpful in showing us multiple properties, he was prompt on the showings and getting us through the finish line during the closing.
