Hello everyone, my name is Chef Kristin. I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Orlando, and I have 15 years of experience in culinary arts and food writing. My culinary experience comes from working across the country for companies such as Walt Disney World, Copper Mountain Resort, Marriott, and Bonefish Grill. And as a food writer, my works have been published with CBS local, Maryland PBS, and Summit Daily News. I currently specialize in in-home sushi-making where I bring all the utensils and ingredients for a completely hands-on experience.
