This review is for the installation of a paver patio done by the Frederick office. The project manager is unresponsive and unprofessional. Emails and phone calls are not returned. Appointments are missed without an explanation or even the common courtesy of letting you know in advance that he cant make it. The office and project manager dont seem to know what their workers are doing and dont seem to care about the quality of the work. After preparing the base, it sat for a week before the pavers were installed and then almost another week before the poly sand was applied. What I have now is a patio with uneven pavers, some joints with too much poly sand and some with no poly sand. Looks very sloppy. I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get the project manager to come look at work and let me know when its going to be fixed. I still dont have a date for when he will come by to inspect the work. I would never hire them again to do any work for me. I will update this review as the situation changes.Update: I never received any response from the company regarding fixing the patio. Id advise everyone who is considering them to read the reviews with the lowest rating.

***update***A few days after my review they called, apologized and had their crew out to perform the work. They did a great job.Stay far away from this company. Signed a contract in May, gave them a 30% deposit, and was told the project would be complete within 4-5 weeks. It is now 13 WEEKS LATER and they have lied to us numerous times saying theyre coming out to do the job and never show up. Wasting our time. They wont call us back to return our deposit either. I have never experienced this type of customer service in my life. I have never left a negative Google review until today. Do not use this company or you will be very disappointed. Stay far away. There are plenty of fence and deck companies. I assure you ANYONE else is better.

I had a tree fall of my fence and I was less than happy with the first company. Patrick of MC Fence came out and was much more responsive. When situations like this occur, you tend to be in a state of feeling overwhelm. Patrick was very calming and we came up with a design for a better fence. I was concerned about the water flow as I have found previous fencing has caused disruption in the normal flow resulting in flooding in basements.After the insurance check came in I went ahead and signed the contract. The arrived on the scheduled date and quickly pulled down the old fence and put up the new and better fence with enough spacing below to allow the water to flow through.

I had purchased a dog.but was in desperate need of a fence. I interviewed and received quotes from several venders before meeting Dan from MC Fence and Deck. Dan was the obvious choice for me. He listened to my needs and stepped up with a price I could not say no too. I needed HOA approval. Dan helped me with paperwork, design and pictures. HOA denied my application because of the choice of fence that I chose. I contacted Dan and he immediately redid my package, including new prices were very agreeable and my application to HOA was approved right away! Installers were on time, respectful of me and my property. It took less than a day and I have a well designed, and well made fence. From the office people, to Dan, to the installers, MC Fence was dedicated to me and my needs. I now have a fence I am VERY happy with and affordable! I am recommending MC Fence and Deck to anyone thats has a need for a fence. At least, give them a chance. Get a quote! Im VERY happy I did!
