Inspection of ducts showed no cleaning necessary as they were completely clear. We were only charged for drier vent cleaning. We were very impressed with the total honesty of the technician and will highly recommend Lowe's to other homeowners.

We called about getting the dryer vent at our home cleaned out and Luis was very professional and courteous. He came out within just a few days of us calling, showed up on time and was very quick but thorough. Would definitely recommend Lowe’s!

My SO and I recently purchased our first home and the air ducts were filthy. I requested an appointment online on a Sunday and the next day I received a call and email with my quote. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out the next day. The technician gave us a call and let us know he could come earlier and arrived early which was great for our schedule. The tech was helpful, professional, and did a great job on our air ducts and dryer vent. We are very pleased with the service we received. The service was worth the price we paid. Recommended.
