- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I propose the most fair price for the work at hand. I think carefully about what I will charge. I do not offer special discounts at this time. Each project is unique and I match my prices to the needs of the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I establish and maintain regular communication with clients using phone calls, email, and text messages. Through text or calls, the client lets me know what they want. I follow up with texts and phone calls to discuss details and pricing. If needed, I go to the person”s home in order to give a more accurate estimate. If the client accepts, I begin the job as soon as possible.
