What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask customers understandable questions, and pictures on the phone that will help me to get details. Before I start, I give a short brief about what I am about to do and how long it would take. Instead of making assumptions when decisions needed to be made, I asked for customers input.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied engineering at University of the DC, and while I was studying, I practiced with a master electrician. After 11 years of experience, I started up my own company in 2017.
