Highly recommend Reggie. He drove over 1 1/2 hours to my home today, completed work needed and was finished within an hour. Very knowledgeable with computers, patient & friendly. Will definitely call Reggie for all future in home tech support. My cat approves as well.

The interaction I had with Reggie was one of the best I've ever had with a tech troubleshooter ! He is extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and just a plesant person to deal with. My "repair" was done remotely, which can be confusing, but Reggie addressed each problem very simply and had clean explantion(s) on how to participate from my end. The cost was very reasonable. I surely will be contacting him agin should I ever need computer related assistance.

Wow! Just wow! This guy was so patient and knowledgeable helping two senior ladies in great distress. Not only did he unlock the computer with lots of obstacles like our lost passwords, inaccessible devices, long distance, and ditsy old ladies, but he did it with such patience and grace that we didn't even stress as he (virtually) held our hands. It was a great blessing and honor to have such knowledge and patience available to us!!! Thank you doesn't begin to cover our gratitude!
