I have major issues going on at my house... mice, crickets, and SNAKES!! Michael was so responsive and came all the way to my house very quickly. He inspected my house thoroughly and gave us guidance on many things no other pest control people did... this guy really knows his stuff! He was so sincere and caring. He is not one of those people who pretends to be nice then charge you alot... he didn't even have a pricing for all the hard work he did... We felt bad and asked him if he could spray this and that... and he honestly told us how he didn't want to charge us for things we could just buy and do on our own. I am a very picky customer and really felt relieved after talking to Michael..Thank you so much!!

We couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mike from D'tour listened carefully to and genuinely heard my concerns about using pesticides in the house due to our pets. After coming to the house and doing a thorough inspection, he worked up a plan that deals with the pests AND accommodates my concerns about ensuring safety for animals in the house. Mike was terrific about communicating with me before coming to the house and answered my many questions with patience and good humor. Plus, he's a lovely and pleasant person to be around.
