Melanie was fabulous! She is a gifted facepainting artist. Melanie arrived early and was set up and ready to start right at 3:00 pm. More children showed up than we expected, and Melanie was able to paint all of their faces. We will absolutely book her again for a future event!

she was very professional. Actually stayed a few hours later as adults wanted to get facepainted. She did amazing job. Since we had waterslide for me for my 4 year old birthday, sick committed the party by getting waterproof facepaint. My kids did not wanna take the facepaint off for days. Highly highly highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you hire me, you are not just getting a face painter. What you are getting is an experienced professional. My fees cover costs of insurance, travel, marketing, supplies, countless hours of training and much more.
My fees and hours needed to paint are as follows:
$280 for a small party (up to 18 faces)
Minimum time: 2 hours
$150/hour (over 18 faces)
Travel -
Additional fees for travel over 20 miles from zip code 20148
Bling Package - $20+ (price varies)
I’ll arrive 15 minutes early to set up at no cost to you. If paid parking is required, it’s expected that Client will pay.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been artistic since I was a kid, but a career took up much of my creative time. I was volunteered to paint faces at my niece’s birthday party, and I enjoyed it so much I turned it into a business.
