- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most workshops and educational events are complimentary. We feel that education should be free and is the foundation for changing the mindset and becoming financially free. If a client has more serious debt and tax issues, then a customized pricing plan will be recommended. Because credit repair and IRS resolution can vary in severity, no one price can be determined for all. If clients choose to purchase insurance or other products, illustrations and quotes are prepared for the clients' consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a free consultation and complete a questionnaire and/or intake form to see where a client is with regards to financial situation. If we are a good match for working together, we create a plan for resolving any financial problems and move on to building wealth. Clients have to be coachable and be prepared to take responsibility for their situation. If they just want to pay money to have someone "fix" their situation, then we're probably not the right solution for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The principal, Angie Toney, has over 25 years experience in Finance and Auditing. She is well trained in money management and tax strategies. Angie is also trained in holistic coaching so that clients will feel comfortable dealing with this most sensitive part of their life. She has a high standard for ethics and integrity and is a certified fraud examiner. Angie also works with a team of coaches who can help with training and product delivery.
