FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. We charge a standard service call fee that covers diagnostics and an estimate. If you decide to move forward with the repair, we apply that fee toward the total cost. For larger jobs or part orders, we may require a deposit. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts, bundle pricing for multiple services, and special promotions for repeat customers. All costs are explained upfront, no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start with a quick consultation to understand the issue or service needed. Next, we schedule a service call where our technician performs a full diagnostic. We then provide a clear estimate and explain all available options. If you approve the work, we move forward with the repair or installation-often on the same visit. Once the job is complete, we review the results with you, answer any questions, and provide guidance on maintenance or prevention. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are highly trained professionals with backgrounds in HVAC systems, appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical work. We hold EPA certification for handling refrigerants, complete ongoing manufacturer training, and stay up to date with industry standards and safety codes. In addition, we have years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing residential and commercial systems, ensuring that every job is done with expertise and care
