He managed to fit everything in his truck efficiently and got done in the estimated time even though there was an unexpected 15-20 minute delay in loading dock availability. The only thing is he forgot he needed his Easy Pass when going on the highway. Otherwise, he was great when it came to lifting stuff without a trolley and got the payment done before he left. Also he verified he received it to avoid scams. He handled things carefully and everything was in good condition. He did great in taking apart and assembling the bed. Overall, he was punctual and cordial and a great person to talk to. The only suggestion I have is to check the route ahead of time so he comes prepared with easy pass.

What a pleasure Dan is! I needed a resin tool shed assembled and he was fast to respond and happy to do the job. The task was more challenging than we anticipated and although we had some frustrations, he remained so positive, determined, and had the best attitude that I’ve seen in a long time. I had to smile because he even hummed while he worked. Although he did not ask for any more than the price we’d negotiated, I gave him more pay because it was harder than we thought, and, he simply had the best attitude.
