- What types of customers have you worked with?
STAGING: Currently, we fully stage 3-4 homes per week and offer limitless staging consultations. Each designer is exclusively assigned to up to 12 real estate professionals to ensure the highest quality of service and attention. DESIGN: We design up to 10 homes per month. Our appointments are booked 2-4 weeks in advance, allowing us to select the clients and projects that we feel passionate about. Our clients are professional, active, well-traveled and open to new ideas. Styles include modern, modern farmhouse, rustic, industrial, hollywood glam, goth glam, elegant, midcentury modern, transitional and contemporary. We specialize in maximizing the potential of small spaces by creating interesting focal points, creative storage solutions and carefully planned furniture placement.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Verify all the photos the stager/designer provided is THEIR work. 2. Inquire about experience and ask for a detailed description of their design/staging process 3. Verify the stager/designer is insured and has a valid legal contract before agreeing to hire them
