- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no fees or extra charges for how long the cleaning takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always introduce myself and my team to the customer. I always ask if they have any special requests besides what the normal cleaning provides. Always make sure the customer feels comfortable with the process of servicing their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I branched out into my own company I used to work for 3 different cleaning companies. I was trained for each one and was able to learn what I needed to know in order to succeed at what I do and make customers happy.
