What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meeting to collect information or access to property if absent for the estimate. The client will be emailed the estimate and upon their approval and acceptance of terms. They will sign document and send in a deposit. Usually 10% to contract the job, 40% the day of starting the job and 50% upon final completion. A start date will then be offered that works with both parties.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
