- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are on an individual basis and vary slightly from one customer to another.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We exchange emails, we discuss prices, we set up an appointment for a trial run, we then leave it to the client to think and decide on her own, no pressure whatsoever is given to the client, no rush, but decision should be made sometime before the wedding, so that the day is booked for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several makeup courses with great makeup artists, and sephora and a major high end department store!!
