Amy did a great job with my make-up and the make-up for my 5 bridesmaids and my mother. She was very responsive and friendly and made me feel comfortable and confident in her abilities from our first email exchange. I sent her a picture of myself and told her a little bit about what I wanted but decided not to do a trial prior to the wedding. I did not regret that decision. My make-up looked great and lasted through a very hot outdoor reception. For my bridesmaids, she gave everyone a different look that worked with their coloring but also complimented the dress color. Each of the girls were happy with the way their make-up turned out. I would definitely recommend Amy.

I found Amy's website very randomly, while looking for a makeup artist for my sister's wedding, for the bride, mother of the bride, and the rest of the bridesmaids. I saw good reviews so we called her for a quote and trial. Amy really worked with our budget and size of the party, and the bridal trial results were better than we anticipated! Yesterday, November the 16th, was the day of the wedding. Not only did the bride look flawless, but so did the rest of the party, including myself. Our makeup never smeared or melted away. We loved that she created each of our looks based on our individual preferences/style, varied facial features and our skin tones. She made sure each of us looked like a flawless version of ourselves. My mother was also extremely happy with her makeup. Unlike many artists, when it comes to older women, they rarely do a good job. Amy is tasteful, and creates the makeup look to make sure it compliments this age group. My mother received so many compliments as well. Amy herself is the sweetest lady, so easy to work with, and very good at what she does. She uses only high-end products, and her application technique is very clean. I can't wait until we have to use Amy's services again, she is worth every penny and more.

Amy did a great job. She didn't just apply my make up she asked me to replicate what she was doing on the other side of my face. She spent a lot of time working with me and I really enjoyed it. Working with Amy is not just a lesson, its an education. I think it is easy to make someone look good, it is much more complicated to make the look last and put the make up on correctly. Amy teaches you that - I did my make up with her at noon and since them I have cooked a roast, done several loads of wash, vaccumed, etc and my daugher said "mommy your skin is glowing." Amy is a true professional and time spent with her is money well spent. She does not represent any cosmetic company so whatever she uses spans the "best of the best" with cosmetics. She knows what she is doing and is passionate. Thanks Amy!!!

I would highly recommend Amy. She is fantastic to work withprofessional, prompt in communications and knowledgeable in her field. I had my trial about 6 months before the big day. Amy spent a lot of time understanding my needs and as soon as I described my dress and wedding colors she knew immediately the look I was envisioning in my head. On the big day Amy arrived early (we started at 6am!) and was set up ready to go to do my makeup as well as 4 of my bridesmaids'. I had my girls decide what they wanted to do with their makeup. They were all so pleased with their makeup and even though each one was different the "look" was cohesive. My day-of makeup was even better than the trial. Amy made my time in the chair easy and comfortable. My goal for the morning was to relax and enjoy the moment and she definitely helped make that happen!

Prices are on an individual basis and vary slightly from one customer to another.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We exchange emails, we discuss prices, we set up an appointment for a trial run, we then leave it to the client to think and decide on her own, no pressure whatsoever is given to the client, no rush, but decision should be made sometime before the wedding, so that the day is booked for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several makeup courses with great makeup artists, and sephora and a major high end department store!!
