Sean is AMAZING! I started going to Sean when I had really tight upper back/neck/shoulder muscles that were incredibly weak. I told him I wanted to strengthen them while also being mindful of the pain I experienced in that area while doing physical activity. We came up with a plan that combined strength training and physical therapy exercises that worked out great for me! Definitely work with Sean if you want someone professional, attentive, and knows their stuff!
