Introduction: (Loudoun County) NEWLY Renovated Private fitness studio equipped with all the essentials for an optimal training session. Including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes , cable machine, box jumps, and clear open space for sport specific movements. How: Using science-based research to optimize yet practical structure starting at any fitness level with proper regressions/progressions. My Philosophy: Not WHAT exercises you do but HOW you do them gets the optimal results. My Approach: Instead of treating the cause of an unhealthy/sedentary lifestyle demanding you to do random exercises and training until exhaustion I educate on a healthy lifestyle that includes the fundamentals and importance -Sleep -Nutrition -Training theories/methods -Mindset Training -Safety Your body to a garden -you fertilize, tend the soil , uproot the weeds, water, leave in sunlight, giving the best conditions for growth- It'll only grow as well as the circumstances allow. My Plan: -Personalized Nutrition plan: get the results you need to build lean muscle while burning fat. This is KEY, it does not matter how hard you train you cannot out run a poor diet. -Tailored workouts: Depending on your goals we'll be doing a variety of method based workouts proved by Science and experience to help you achieve your goals optimally and efficiently. -Tracked Progress : Week by week your workouts will be progressively challenging and tracked so we're always reaching your goals closer week by week. Warming up properly pre-workout and a proper cool down stretching to gain flexibility. Move better and feel less pain in your body. -Mindset Training behind a successful company/campaign is a solid board, surrounding yourself with a supporting system is essential to help you reach your goals. I'm here to see you succeed, while constantly challenging you step by step with positive energy and educating you through your journey. We all know WHAT to do.. it’s simple.. Eat healthy, exercise consistently, and sleep 6-8 hours; but HOW we do it will get you the results.

Sean provides a thorough, intensive and specifically individualized approach for each of his clients. He explains the purpose of each exercise in relation to achieving your individual goals. The workouts are INTENSE in the long run, but he slowly builds up your confidence and stamina appropriately. I’ve been training with Sean for months and I look forward to training with him in a calm, friendly and nonjudgmental environment twice a week. I’ve seen visual improvements to my body and overall muscle strength. I’m more defined and I’m losing weight at a steady and healthy pace. At the beginning, I could only lift fifteen pound weights and now I can lift 40 pounds in addition to 100 POUND SQUATS!!! If you are looking for a dedicated and friendly trainer who displays the results you’d like to achieve…you can just turn to Sean. He’s also very flexible with his schedule if you need to switch times or days. He makes time for you and is always punctual. Sean has been by far the best personal trainer I’ve worked with. He has his own gym included in the cost of training which is a plus. He pays close attention to your personal goals and customizes the routine to your needs. His technical knowledge is excellent. He evaluates how you feel before each workout and knows when to push you hard and when to slow down. He is knowledgeable about nutrition and healthy foods. He is fun to work with. I’m seeing tangible gains in my lifting. Scheduling is flexible and Sean is very responsive via texts. I highly recommend him.

My trainer, Shaun, is outstanding! He has a good variety of exercises for me, and he went through each one with me, really attentive and thoughtful. We set goals and a routine after the first consultation and session. Our one-on-one sessions are fantastic and safe, with fewer distractions than I experienced at the gym. I highly recommend him for personal training! He is knowledgeable, patient, and motivating!!!!

Sean has been the best choice I've made in my fitness lifetime. He's flexible, responsive, kind, enthusiastic, and has a deep knowledge of how to customize routines for my body's needs. I was overweight, in poor shape, and had physical limitations that I thought meant I didn't have a choice in my fitness. Coach Cruz has creatively tailored my routine in an adaptive, ongoing way that has allowed me to overcome those obstacles. Within 6 months I was down 100 pounds and had signed a longer contract. The private, comfortable gym and friendly group is worth every penny. I cannot recommend Sean at Foundation Fitness more.

I've been working with Sean for a couple of months now, and I'm so happy I found him. I was initially intimidated to start working with a trainer after gettting so out of shape, but he is super nice, personable, and encouraging. Our sessions are fun, but challenging and efficient. I can already feel myself getting stronger and it's such a confidence booster! He's also really knowledgeable about everything health/fitness related and explains everything well. I'm excited for him to help me reach my goals and I would recommend him to anyone at any fitness level!
