Deonte is a fantastic trainer. He really pushed me to work hard and make significant gains in strength and conditioning. He has a diverse training style so he's capabable of taking on a range of clients. I'd definitely recommend him but he ready to work hard!

Deonte will help you reach your goals, no matter your starting point. He's currently helping me get back in shape after having a baby and has tailored my workouts accordingly and even provided me with workout plans on the days I can't see him. He uses exercises and equipment that you wouldn't think to use on your own - working out muscles you didn't know you had! He will work you to your max, but he's got such a great and encouraging demeanor that you will find yourself motivated to push through. If you eat well and stick to his plan, you will see results. And if you're an athlete, his workouts will bring out your competitive side. You won't be disappointed!

Deonte is a Very professional, and an extremely knowledgeable trainer. Workouts are very detailed and push you week to week; as they change to keep you moving forward. You also learn the proper form in all workouts so you can make the most gains without injury. The knowledge I have gained from Deonte, in both fitness and health has motivated me to make permanent life choices. The app also makes it very convenient and is easy to use. I recommended this trainer to anyone that is struggling with fitness and health.
