Deonte is wonderful. I started training with him initially years ago to help strengthen my back after a back injury and I have never left! I’ve also trained with him both during and after a pregnancy and he was so adaptable and knowledgeable and really helped me during those important body transitions. Through Covid-19, we switched from in person workouts to virtual ones and they are still as good as they were in person. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All clients start with a 30 minute Intake call where we can learn about their lifestyle, their goals, and any obstacles they're facing. From there we develop a 3 month Personalize Foundations program to ensure that we build the necessary habit for a lasting change. After the 3 months are over clients can choose to move to ongoing accountability or continue for another 3 months.
