My services are premium and designed for long-term results. • Individual sessions start at $120. • I occasionally offer intro discounts for new clients starting 8–12 week packages. I believe in value over volume—you’re investing in a proven system that delivers lasting results, not a quick fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Consultation Call (15 min): We discuss your goals, challenges, and timeline. 2. Assessment: Fitness level, nutrition habits, and lifestyle are reviewed. 3. Custom Plan Creation: I design a program specific to you—workouts, nutrition, and accountability systems. 4. Kickoff: We start with quick wins so you see progress fast. 5. Ongoing Check-ins: Weekly progress reviews and adjustments to keep you moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer (NASM) with deep knowledge in strength training, fat loss, and functional fitness. I also hold CPR/AED certification for client safety. Beyond formal training, I bring over 6 years of experience in coaching, building nutrition systems, and guiding clients through sustainable lifestyle changes.
