Kim is a true professional, extremely thorough, and above all loves animals! I trust her thoroughly with my sweet old Rocky, who's a shih-tzu. She also includes pictures of your smiling pet when she gives you an update during her visit. A true dog/animal lover who goes above and beyond.

I have two dogs and one cat; all are older animals and one dog is blind. Leaving my pets in the care of others is the hardest decision I have had to make. No one cares for my pets better than me, except for Cupid Pets! Kim and Bruce are down-to-earth animal lovers who have bent over backwards for me and to make sure my pets are happy and safe! They come to your house to evaluate your pets, they listen carefully to your instruction and with their knowledge, can offer some suggestions if issues arise. They have the time (never rushed walks), they have the training (how to greet fearful dogs) and they have the love of animals (belly rubs for the dogs and pettings for the cat) that make them wonderful pet caregivers. They also try to be flexible in their scheduling and are reasonable in their pricing.

Kim is a delightful person - a dog-lover through and through. Some people say they are dog lovers but she is. She has cared for my 3 dogs and 3 cats many times, sometimes overnight, and I was able to enjoy where I was because I knew she would be giving them all kinds of attention! She also gives you a lot of feedback as she is caring for them - texts, photos, phone calls if you want, emails, ... she is WONDERFUL!
