- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in a one hourly rate fee. All cost are included in our hourly rate so that you do have wonder about the added cost, making it easy to figure out what you are spending. For Investigations we all so have a no retainer program that may help with budgeting your work and not affect your budget. For process service you never pay until the job is done! We always strife to proof ourselves to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with our customers and give our option on your situation and if we cannot or cannot help. We want you to take your time and give us all the retails. If we someone else that can help better serve you we will give your there name and contact number. It cost nothing to talk to us, call anytime
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with governmental, attorney, other business clients and well as the general public. We have also worked with the woman's shelters to give lower cost services that need help getting out of a bad situation.
