Eric is, and always has been, the best. He is superb at what he does and he is very easy to work with when there are problems with the system. A++

From start to finish Integrated Media Systems has been both efficient and exceptional to work with. Anthony arrived as scheduled today and very quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem I was experiencing. And just as quickly the problem was resolved. I am very pleased with the service that I received and would highly recommend IMS to anyone needing help with their A/V equipment.
