I’ll be very honest—we were already on a tight budget for our wedding and really did not want to add the expense of a chauffeur service. We came across this company at the last minute, and they made it happen for us in a very short period of time.
From beginning to end, they were responsive, accommodating, and professional. Our driver was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient. We ended up running about an hour and a half behind schedule, and he handled it without making an already stressful wedding day any more stressful.
He was willing to do whatever we needed—whether that meant extending his time, taking us across the bridge so we could get pictures, or simply adjusting as our plans changed throughout the day. He was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed committed to making sure we had a good experience.
I honestly cannot find one complaint. They helped us make something work that we weren't even sure we could fit into our wedding budget, and the service exceeded our expectations.
