- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not you typical real estate photographer that looks to nickel and dime over details and square footage. However, I look to provide value by offering packages and items that make the most sense for your average realtor. My pricing is simple with no major calculations required. Just up front cost with options that will fit any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have a conversation with my customers to find out what their specific needs are. Then I walk them through the process of selecting what best works for them. Up front payment is usually required for first time transactions, but only a partial deposit for all projects afterwards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a bachelors and masters degree in Art/Graphic design where photography was a strong part of my education. I have also worked for over 20 years in the visual communications field where I have done various photography projects including portraits, events, product photography, and of course real estate photography.
