FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ace Financial Services focuses on providing efficient and cost-effective tax services while helping clients improve their overall tax position. Our process is organized so that different stages of the tax filing are handled by the right team members, which helps save time and control costs. When urgent filings are needed, we do our best to prioritize them within our normal workflow at no extra charge. For clients with multiple past-year filings, usually 2–5 years, we may offer adjusted pricing based on the size and complexity of the work. Our goal is to deliver accurate and compliant tax preparation services that are efficient, affordable, and help clients claim all eligible deductions and benefits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Ace Financial Services, we follow a defined and structured onboarding process designed to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency for every new client. We start with a consultation to evaluate your financial profile, tax requirements, and business or personal goals. Based on this assessment, we create a tailored plan covering tax filing, accounting, or bookkeeping services using industry-standard platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Quicken. After gathering and organizing the required documentation, we prepare a draft tax return for your review. Once approved, we complete the filing through secure electronic submission. In addition, we also provide insights and recommendations to support improved tax efficiency and long-term financial planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Ace Financial Services, we maintain a highly qualified team with strong academic credentials and professional certifications in accounting and taxation. Our professionals are certified tax preparers with PTIN and EFIN credentials, supported by experienced 24 CPAs and 5 CFA designation holders. Education: University of Southern California – Bachelor of Science in Accounting (2018–2021). So, this combination of education and experience allows us to deliver accurate, compliant, and high-standard financial services.
