- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for design stretches as far back as I can remember! From a very young age, I was pursuing design projects in my friends and families home, complete with paint, wallpaper and detailed trim work (my obsession with trim has not languished). As I have matured, so have my decorating projects, becoming bigger, bolder and more refined with each experience. I founded Nest Interior Decor to pursue and share my passion for design with the world. I hold a BBA in Finance, a Certificate in Interior Decorating and have taken numerous professional courses throughout my varied career. Prior to founding Nest, I held various professional roles across an array of industries from Financial and Business Analyst (working with design in a totally different way) to Project Manager, Consultant, Conference Planner, Full-time Mom, Fundraiser, Cooperative Pre-school President, Window Treatment Designer and always and forever, Interior Decorator. My varied experience has honed my communication, management and organization skills and today, I continue to grow by exposing myself to everything design related.

Nest offers a full suite of interior decorating options to suit each individual client's needs. Common services are: Space planning , Color, finish, fabric, fittings, and furniture selection, Window treatment design, Molding design, Staging, Design implementation, Project Management
