At TCMS, we believe in transparent, fair, and value-driven pricing. Here's what you can expect: No Hidden Fees: Our quotes are all-inclusive. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for upfront. Competitive Rates: We strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality workmanship and service. Maintenance Customer Discounts: Maintenance contract customers receive a 10% discount on services. Emergency or After-Hours Fees: Any after-hours, weekend, or emergency service may incur additional fees. These will always be communicated in advance. Materials & Equipment: Specialty or non-stock items may be subject to supplier lead times and pricing variations. Change Orders: If the scope of work changes, any necessary pricing adjustments will be communicated and approved before proceeding. If you have questions about pricing or would like to explore cost-saving options, we’re happy to work with you to find the best solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At TCMS, we’re committed to making the experience smooth and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Contact & Discovery - We start by listening. We’ll schedule a conversation to understand your needs, expectations, and any immediate concerns or priorities. Site Visit & Assessment - A technician or project manager will visit your site to evaluate the issue or scope of work. We take measurements, gather technical details, and assess access or safety requirements. Proposal & Quote - Based on the assessment, we’ll prepare a detailed, transparent quote. We’ll walk you through the scope, materials, pricing, and timelines so there are no surprises. Approval & Scheduling - Once approved, we’ll schedule the work at a time that works for you. We communicate clearly about what to expect and how long the job will take. Work Begins - Our experienced team arrives on time, ready to get the job done efficiently and safely. We keep the site clean and provide updates throughout the project. Final Walkthrough & Quality Check - Once work is completed, we conduct a final check to ensure everything meets our standards—and yours. Follow-Up & Support - We don’t disappear after the job is done. We’re here for any follow-up questions or support you need. For ongoing customers, we also offer preventive maintenance plans and priority service.
