Our experience with Mr. Burnett was stellar. He was very flexible with meeting our schedule, which was a plus. He was professional, personable and answered all questions with patience. He went thru all the choices on the printer, including linking the model to the laptop. He made sure we were comfortable with all the options we would be using the most and assured us he would be happy to be contacted with any problems or questions. Highly recommended.

Colton was great to work with!! He quickly responded to my request for help and ask very pertinent and professional questions about my need and explaining what he could do before offering a very good quote! He was very punctual with his arrival and immediately went to work setting up a new PC laptop and resetting a new PC laptop bypassing the sign-in (at my request)“preferred” by Microsoft on a HP laptop. After setting up the laptops he tested them by downloading software as requested and tested printer connection to insure the capability! Colton’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with!! I highly recommend him!!
