We've always enjoyed interacting with home owners and for that reason, we primarily specialize in residential pest control. Our business has experienced steady and controlled growth since its inception and just recently in 2014, we made it on the top 100 list of top pest control companies. Great company, I really needed someone as soon as possible, after speaking with a representative in the afternoon I had an appointment the next morning at 8:00 am !! The technician was early and explained everything she was doing. Great experience, wasn't sure there was such a thing as service anymore, but Frontline made the cut !!!

The sprayer was professional. The hours are good and they worked with my tenants schedule. I had billing problems, at one point I was double billed. I had to call in at first because I wasn't billed at all after a week. Then to boot, I was double billed and now it will be 7 days before I'm credited back the money. Customer service reached out to me after my initial review and took prompt ownership of the billing issues and worked with me to reach a satisfactory resolution, I am happy to report.

You will get a significant discount on the first service if you sign up for a year with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is simple. We gather some critical information like the address we will be servicing, your name, your phone number, and email. Then we set up the billing and schedule a day that works best. You will get a reminder call or text the day before we are due to service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through a thorough training and certification process. The average experience of our pesticide technicians is 3.5 years as of Jan 2019.
