- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new client depends on their individual needs. For some jobs we need to start with an inspection to determine the extent of an infestation to determine the best course of action. For preventative needs and minor common pest problems, we can skip the preliminary inspection and get right to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Pest Management Professionals go through extensive and ongoing training. We are licensed through VDACS and members of NPMA and VPMA.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you're hiring a professional that can provide a service fitted to your needs, including flexible scheduling, free retreats, knowledgeable technicians, and caring office staff.
