In all my years as a homeowner who has used a pest control service, this is by far the most thorough job I've ever seen done before. The technician took his time and removed tough-to-reach spider webs on the exterior. That was something I've never seem done before and I was so appreciative. I will definitely be using this service from here on out.

Johnnie first came down to inspect to see if there were any signs of a snake and give me any recommendations. I knew I needed at least a new crawlspace door. He found other entry points. He was knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable quote.
Michael was the professional installer, and he did an amazing job. It is shocking how different my crawlspace door is. It used to not touch the ground, but now it does. I highly recommend Greenshield!

I reached out to the company outside of business hours and was contacted the first thing in the morning. I can’t remember the lady’s name who returned my call but she was pleasant and eagerly assisted me. She went over and beyond to assist and put me in contact with Chandler whom was scheduled to come out to me later that afternoon. I received a call from Chandler advising he will be to me with in the next 30 minutes. He arrived and advised me of what he was doing and the expectation and also provided me with a list of the company’s service. I would highly recommend and use the company again if needed

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new client depends on their individual needs. For some jobs we need to start with an inspection to determine the extent of an infestation to determine the best course of action. For preventative needs and minor common pest problems, we can skip the preliminary inspection and get right to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Pest Management Professionals go through extensive and ongoing training. We are licensed through VDACS and members of NPMA and VPMA.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you're hiring a professional that can provide a service fitted to your needs, including flexible scheduling, free retreats, knowledgeable technicians, and caring office staff.
