- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by the size and material of the wall—such as drywall, brick, or corrugated metal—as well as the project's level of detail and access requirements, like the need for a lift or scaffolding. I am always happy to work within a client's budget to find creative solutions and maximize the value of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your goals and determine if we are a good fit for your project. Once we agree to move forward, we require a 50% deposit to initiate the design phase. You will receive 2-3 initial design concepts and up to 3 rounds of revisions. Once the design is finalized, the painting process begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
