- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of the project, size of the space, and level of hands-on support needed. We offer transparent, upfront pricing after an initial consultation—no surprises. Half-day and full-day packages are available. Supplies and product sourcing are quoted separately when needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and how you use the space. From there, we create a clear plan and schedule. On project day, we declutter, organize, and/or stage with you or independently—depending on your preference—then finish by setting up simple, sustainable systems so the space stays refined long after we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before launching Refined Spaces & Co., I spent over 35 years as a corporate HR leader, where I developed strong skills in organization, systems thinking, confidentiality, and truly listening to people. That background directly informs how I approach every project—professionally, thoughtfully, and with respect for each client’s unique needs and lifestyle. In addition to my professional background, I’m also a mom of three, which means I understand firsthand how quickly life and spaces can become overwhelming. My experience balancing family life has shaped my ability to create realistic, sustainable systems that work for real homes—not just picture-perfect ones. I combine this practical experience with a lifelong passion for design, space planning, decluttering, and staging using what clients already own whenever possible. My approach blends polished aesthetics with empathy and function, helping create spaces that feel calm, supportive, and easy to maintain.
