I hired Carlos due to a recurring rodent issue. He came by to inspect the house and efficiently was able to point out all entry points into the house and within the week constructed a new rodent-proof crawlspace door and screened all the crawlspace vents/sealed all corners of the sidings. He also placed traps and bait systems in appropriate places. He backs his work with a warranty, though I do not expect to have to call him with any concerns. A good man who is easy to trust, would not hesitate to contact Carlos for your home needs.

I had a bat caught in an attic space that was skittering around at night disrupting sleep. Carlos came out to give me a free estimate on securing the home and ended up finding the little bat and saving him (and my sleep). He didn’t charge for the bat removal and instead recommended what he would do to secure the home from all future bats, birds and squirrels. Not only was his estimate reasonable but he provided some extras and his warranty was stellar. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team to anyone with a critter problem. In fact, it would be ridiculous NOT to at least get his opinion and see what he recommends. Professional, prompt, extremely experienced and truly cares about the creatures and the customers he works with.

Very professional, outstanding work ethic and services. Responsive and on time services. Rodent was removed and damages to siding restored as new. Color of replaced siding matched perfectly to old siding. Work included screening off roof and crawl space vents and new crawl space door.

I'm very happy with the work he did. He replaced some siding that was damaged or missing. He also replaced the eaves that were in bad shape. He did a great job, very reasonable prices. He got the work done quickly. I would definitely hire him again when I need work done.
