I contacted Hector on a Tueaday evening, and Hextor came to look at the issue the very next day! Not only dis he fix the ceiling leak, but he also pointed out numerous issues that needed to be addressed. Hector communicated all that he was doing and needed to be done. His prices are GREAT!
