- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing, which means you’ll know the total cost of the job before we start any work. Instead of charging by the hour, we charge based on the job itself—so there are no surprises, even if it takes longer than expected. Transparency: You’ll know exactly what you're paying upfront. No hidden fees or overtime charges. Consistency: Every customer pays the same price for the same job, no matter how long it takes. Peace of Mind: You're not watching the clock or worrying about how long the job is taking. Current Promotions: 10% off active military, first-responders, veterans, teachers and senior citizens (65+).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. When you first contact us, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your plumbing issue—what’s going on, where it’s located, and how urgent it is. This helps us understand what you need and schedule appropriately. If it is an emergency, we can usually have a tech out within two hours. 2. We’ll schedule a convenient time for one of our licensed plumbers to come to your home or business. You’ll get a confirmation by [text/email/phone], and we’ll give you a call when we’re on the way. 3. When we arrive, we’ll take a look at the problem, diagnose it, and walk you through what we find. Then we’ll give you a clear explanation of your options. 4. We use flat-rate pricing, so before any work begins, you’ll know the exact cost. No hourly rates, no surprises. 5. Once you approve the estimate, we’ll get started—often the same day. We work cleanly and efficiently to get things fixed right the first time. 6. After the job’s done, we’ll test everything to make sure it works perfectly, clean up the area, and answer any questions you have. 7. You’ll receive an invoice with all the details. We accept [cash, card, check] and we’re always here if any questions come up later. Payment is due at time of completion although we do offer financing through Service Finance.
