We hired Hanover Landscapes & Masonry LLC to repair or replace an 8 foot high retaining wall that was failing (and some "while you are here" tasks). We requested quotes from a dozen possible contractors. Ten responded with about ten different solutions. Hanover's price was mid range and as we discussed different approaches to this problem, they were most responsive to our concerns. The crew was terrific. They arrived early and quietly went to work each day. They were well organized and efficient. Everyday they left the area clean with appropriate roping and danger markings. The old wall was forty years old. The new replacement has the added appearance of superior workmanship along with better drainage and reinforcement. We expect it to last well beyond our lifetime.
