Richard was very responsive with our request by providing an itemized construction cost list as well as drawings along with a Facetime meeting after visiting the site in person. We reviewed the scope of the project and modified the layout prior to installation. Our project required a retaining wall and large patio with a series of 6 "floating steps". Richard and his crew were easy to work with and provided solid suggestions as the work progressed. He followed up quickly with "punch list" items as well as sealing the steps. We are extremely pleased with the final results and would highly recommend his team.

We hired Hanover Landscapes & Masonry LLC to repair or replace an 8 foot high retaining wall that was failing (and some "while you are here" tasks). We requested quotes from a dozen possible contractors. Ten responded with about ten different solutions. Hanover's price was mid range and as we discussed different approaches to this problem, they were most responsive to our concerns. The crew was terrific. They arrived early and quietly went to work each day. They were well organized and efficient. Everyday they left the area clean with appropriate roping and danger markings. The old wall was forty years old. The new replacement has the added appearance of superior workmanship along with better drainage and reinforcement. We expect it to last well beyond our lifetime.

Richard was very responsive, he listen to your plan and visual the plan with you. His crew work very hard, respectful and professional. Richard and the crew are very flexible, and always accommodating to my request. Richard and his crew did such amazing job my neighbor hire them to do there patio!!!

I’m so happy that we used Hanover Landscapes & Masonry to redo our driveway! The whole process, from start to finish was handled professionally. They were able to conduct a site visit and provide an estimate in a timely fashion. The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to complete the work within our timeline! They took extra care and provided us with some great solutions to the modifications around the driveway area. They made sure that the finished product looked perfect, and would stay that way over time. The driveway looks great, and we are very happy with the end result!
