I am satisfied with Hanover’s work. From the time I reached out to Richard, he was very responsive and receptive to work out a reasonable agreement. Richard transparently provided comprehensive details regarding the specification of the concrete work for my backyard, the process and expected timeline. He was responsive to all of our questions and he and his crew addressed our requests and concerns on spot. Will definitely rehire them if needed in the future.

Richard was very responsive with our request by providing an itemized construction cost list as well as drawings along with a Facetime meeting after visiting the site in person. We reviewed the scope of the project and modified the layout prior to installation. Our project required a retaining wall and large patio with a series of 6 "floating steps". Richard and his crew were easy to work with and provided solid suggestions as the work progressed. He followed up quickly with "punch list" items as well as sealing the steps. We are extremely pleased with the final results and would highly recommend his team.
