- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All houses are constructed differently. In order to get the most accurate pricing a project manage would have to see the job for themselves. We provide a no obligation, hassle free estimate in order to inform our customers of the project details, best way to go about it, and of course pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and do whatever is necessary to go above and beyond before, during and after the project. Were available to go over the scope of the project, design plans, colors, pricing, financing. Anything we can help with, that why we're here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have over 20 years experience in the Home improvement industry. We also do ongoing yearly training with our manufacturers in order to keep up to date on the new techniques, tools and codes in the marketplace.
