Fred and the Vanquish Home Services team did a great job on removing my existing my existing fence & deck, as well as installing a new wood fence and Trex deck. Fred was responsive in communications, accommodated my requests, provided a very competitive quote, and made sure I was satisfied with the final result. I would highly recommend Vanquish for any project. I own a property that is 5 hours from my home and in a community with a HOA. After receiving a notice from the HOA that the deck was structually unsound, I contacted Vanquish. I initially thought we would have to chose between tearing it down or doing a full replacement. But Vanquish diagnosed the structural issues, and provided a proposal for repairs. In addition, the level of support they provided (photos, explanations, paperwork) and the responsiveness to every text made it possible for me to get thru the HOA process WITHOUT having to make the long trip to deal with it. The repairs were completed quickly (once approved) and again, I couldn't be happier with the results. My experience with Vanquish Home Services was positive from initial contact to final result.

They sent out a team of guys who got right to work. They worked efficiently and got the job done in a day, even in the hot sun. They replaced two deck posts, floorboards, and top railing. They were kind, answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with the result before cleaning up.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and do whatever is necessary to go above and beyond before, during and after the project. Were available to go over the scope of the project, design plans, colors, pricing, financing. Anything we can help with, that why we're here.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have over 20 years experience in the Home improvement industry. We also do ongoing yearly training with our manufacturers in order to keep up to date on the new techniques, tools and codes in the marketplace.
