Vanquish Home Services did a good with fixing the deck/porch. We had many rotten wood beams underneath the WaterProofMembrane due to the posts that were not installed properly. All the beams where the post touched were rotten. Vanquish had mentioned that the extent of the damage is not known till we open the membrane and check it. Since there were many rotten parts the price changed. But it was reasonable and they had given me enough heads-up about that possibility. They installed new posts and new membrane as promised.

The porch and sidewalk project turned out much better than I expected because I had never experienced the stamped concrete technique and was nervous about the final result. It looks amazing in my opinion especially compared to my previous installation that was 25 years old and showing it with a sidewalk that was not level. They also installed new handrails that I purchased recently for safety, and they were expertly installed into the concrete. Marlon and his team worked very tirelessly on this project, and I will definitely contact them again when I have future projects. I have attached before and after photos.

We love new customers and do whatever is necessary to go above and beyond before, during and after the project. Were available to go over the scope of the project, design plans, colors, pricing, financing. Anything we can help with, that why we're here.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews have over 20 years experience in the Home improvement industry. We also do ongoing yearly training with our manufacturers in order to keep up to date on the new techniques, tools and codes in the marketplace.
