Chef Lee and his staff did an awesome job for our prom. They catered to our needs and did an outstanding job. The display and variety of the food was just what the students wanted.

Chef Darin did an excellent job in communicating with me throughout the process. This was only my second time setting up a catering job for our company. While I was a bit nervous, Chef Darin assured me that everything would go smoothly...and it did! We had a beautiful lunch buffet set up outside and Chef Darin was there to help set up and tear down the buffet line. Thanks for a great experience and we will definitely use Blackwater Creek Catering again!
